Good Vibrations

When we change our vibration, we change our life.

We live in a vibrational universe where everything is energy vibrating at different and varying frequencies. Quantum physics and the study of subatomic particles support this concept. All things, physical and non-physical have their own vibrational frequency. Some things vibrate at a higher frequency and some have a denser vibrational frequency.

In this vibrational world we live in, nothing happens until energy moves. Thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, words, actions, people, pets, trees – they’re all energy, each with their unique vibrational signature. I truly believe we can change our life when we change the energetic frequency or vibration we are transmitting to the world. We each have our personal vibrational signature and this creates our own vibrational universe or channel that is unique to each of us. Our vibrational universe determines our experiences and how we perceive our experiences of life. When we change our vibration, we are changing channels, and the types of experiences and people who are dialled into our universe, change. When we change our vibration, our life naturally changes.

By consciously changing our thoughts and the words we speak to ourself, we can raise our vibration which makes us feel better, lighter or more expansive. Our personal vibrational frequency matters. Feeling good especially for extended periods of time, such as when we are happy, joyful, appreciative, content, peaceful, laughing and having fun raises our frequency to a high vibration.

We want a higher frequency so as to attract what we desire in life. To achieve this, we need to change any negative patterns of thinking and self-talk. Many of our thoughts are automatic, subconscious and negative, and we often don’t even know we’re thinking them. To change them, we need to first become aware of them. We do this by being mindful, noticing our automatic reactions and consciously choosing more positive thoughts as well as changing any negative or critical self-talk.

When we change how we think and feel, over time we develop a different attitude and a more positive outlook on life. We start to feel good and this shifts our vibration and ultimately creates a better reality. When we live a high vibrational life through having predominantly positive or higher vibratory thoughts, when we love and appreciate people, things and experiences, we naturally experience people and life more positively. This is the basis for how the Law of Attraction, one of the natural laws of the universe, works.

Raising our vibration lifts our spirit, improves our mood and boosts our energy. It enhances our creativity and enables us to make better decisions that are aligned with our purpose and who we are. It helps us tap into our intuition and connect with our guides and angels to support us on our life’s journey.

When we live a high vibrational life, we have the keys to unlock our heart’s desires.

We’re constantly creating experiences that are in resonance with our vibration. So to consciously create more positive experiences or to manifest our dreams, we need to play an active role in the process of creation or manifestation. We do this by raising our vibration, choosing more positive thoughts, feeling good, laughing, having fun and joy filled moments, through playful curiosity and wonder, connecting with our heart, being appreciative and living with an attitude of gratitude.

Our vibration is in a constant state of flux depending on how we feel and how we interact with the world.

When we incorporate vibration-raising practices into our day, we start to build up the frequency of our vibrational signature and we are less affected by lower vibrations around us. Lower vibrations like complaining and negativity, apathy and depressed moods, fear, guilt and anger. We can shake it off easier.

We also send out a field of positive vibes to others, helping them raise their vibration. When we have good vibrations, we change not only our life, but the lives of others.

If we want to have more fulfilling and meaningful experiences in life, we need to become clear about what we want and align vibrationally with this through focussing our attention on the feeling of having it; not from a place of wanting it or waiting for it, but from a place of feeling the experience of already having it. We need to attach high vibrational emotions to our desires through engaging all of our senses – seeing it, touching it, smelling it, tasting it, hearing it, assuming the feelings of already living it.

Having a daily practice of vibration raising activities helps to keep our energetic frequency high. This aligns us with people and experiences with a higher vibration and we get to experience more of what we want. This is the foundation for fulfilling our dreams and creating a life we love.
